Durability

Aluminum is a material with high resistance to deformation

In addition to the natural durability of aluminum, it is also possible to extend the longevity of the system by assertively choosing the surface treatment for the type of environment the system is exposed to (sea proximity, polluted environments, among others).

Its lightness allows it to be applied to a wide variety of supports and facades, without using reinforcement structures.

Two different geometries, applicable vertically or horizontally

Composed of two profiles, “U” and “rectangular” format, clippable onto the base (also in aluminum), this covering solution offers different aesthetic options, both due to the shape of the profiles and the application and vertical or horizontal assembly allowed.

The opacity of the base profile hides imperfections in the facades/walls.

For a discreet and sober aesthetics, the system has finishing profiles that make possible to obtain a visual effect of continuity, whenever there is an interruption in the facade/wall.

The different surface treatments applicable to the solution also offer creative freedom in the selection of colors, textures and brightness.

The new cladding solution for the F.018 system is made up of profiles fixed to an opaque base, which thus offers total concealment of the structure to which the system is fixed.

In this way, and to respond to the adverse weather conditions of each region and promote greener construction, it is possible to apply a hidden insulation layer providing comfort to the homes.

Ease of manufacturing and assembly

Assembly on-site or off-site

The lightness of aluminum associated with the design of the entire system allows the assembly on-site or through a modular structure off-site. The modular structure optimizes assembly time, providing an increase in productivity for fabricators.
